What is COL? It’s a new way to create connection with other leaders. It’s a new kind of gathering brimming with authenticity, commitment and support.
What is the change for you that is big, that you want to cause? Bring it to COL! TGIM. Please register by March 25th, $30. No registrations at the door.
In having these breakfast meetings our objective is to find creative ways for all of us to collaborate on changing
our communities, businesses and whatever else we say matters. That we be a community focusing on authenticity and what it is to be a leader. We intend to create learning and support of one another in ways that have far reaching consequences which means that there is no death my power point rather dialog, idea sharing, and mutual support. Our exciting goal is to create miracles together, those "highly improbable and extraordinary events, developments and accomplishments." Your input on the Conversation On Leadership dialog is important.
In addition to breakfast being on the table, there are questions on it too:
- What role can Social Media play in being a Leader/Leadership? How can it be a tool for change?
- What is your most pressing obstacle?
- What is the importance of community?
- Business development, what's new? What's working?
- What is our role in creating change?
- If we were to design a project that would IMMEDIATELY benefit our communities, what would it be?
- Who do you wish were in the room?
